CyclePlus is the industry’s first dual-resistance cross trainer. It’s simple to
learn and easy to use, and like any recumbent exerciser offers a no-impact workout with
less stress placed on your joints. Adjust resistance separately for both upper and lower
body, controlling the intensity of resistance against each set of muscle groups.
Programmed courses on the CyclePlus provide five different terrains (Interval, Sierra,
Peaks, Summit, Mystery) plus Manual Mode and Smart Start. Diagnostic software allows you
to perform preliminary diagnostic functions. Large LED display measures 14" x
35" and shows Calories, Calories/Hour, Speed and Time (Remaining or Elapsed) and
Heart Rate (optional).
